Like the quick breakfasts! And the meals!! Not a huge fan of the buckwheat risotto (mostly since it doesn’t actually have rice)

Diet was tough but if your persistent about yoi work your way through.Diet doesn't mean starving just eat healthy and have your limits of porportion in what you eat .

This weight loss plan seems to be working for me, week 1 and 4 lbs down. I like the meal plans and the regular contact i have with my consultant to hep me stay on track and guide me through.
