    Plenty of veg and fruit. Huge variety and can freely substitute as long as its healthy, nutritious and proportionate. I have more energy, not feeling bloated, lost 2,5kg easily without restricting myself. Would like to see some vegetarian dishes to replace meat, like soya produce. Found myself in the kichen too often, too long, however Lisa advised i could meal prep to save time. Highly recommend.

    I did pretty bad the first few days but Wednesday and onwards, I began to follow the diet and it has become a lot easier. I'm a pretty bad cook so I do have to change a slight few thigs and miss out an ingrediant or two but nothing drastic. Looking forward to carrying on!
