Losing weight is not just about eating lower-calorie foods, but also about learning how to combine amounts, and developing the techniques you need to prevent the rebound effect.

I've enjoyed this week. Lots of cheese. I haven't lost weight on the scales but I have in terms of the mirror. I know this from my own measurements around my tummy. I've been having protein shakes instead of snacks and I'm positive I've managed to build some muscle after all that lifting. Eating clean has given me energy and has allowed me to build muscle clean.

Was better than previous week, chocolate was a nice addition to the plan. Looking forward to next week.

It seems to be working.

It was a great week, I would definitely recommend it. There was some days I was so busy I was unable to make stuff so I had to substitute but it went well. I liked it because even though I'm eating less I don't feel lethargic. The recipes are tasty, me loving spicy flavoursome food, I had to add some extra heat here and there, but apart from that you can't go wrong.

Preferred the food from week one in the whole but some other fab ideas so you don’t get bored(which is always a downfall of mine)
Nick
getting the hang of it
Barbara
very tasty meals
Rowan
yes it has enough verity to keep from getting boring and has shown me new meals which I haven't had before.

Loved it. Odd things I didn’t perhaps understand the title and would have liked a recipe but just made the best of what I read. My only comment would be as it’s so varied there was very little requirement for the same meat/fish 2 days in a row and as such I ended up with “spare” things in the fridge. I’ve learnt to batch my shopping up for the freezer in smaller portions so I don’t end up wasting food and this shouldn’t be a problem this next week. 1 week down and 5lbs down though. Whoop!!
