    I liked discover new foods and a lot of them I would like to eat in the future. But I missed my old dishes that wasn't so unhealthy.

    I really enjoyed this diet. I didn't follow 100% as I ate out or on the go sometimes but I feel good. Good variety of foods. Like that I can still eat bread and cereals.
