    I have enjoyed the food!!

    I have enjoyed trying new foods, even those I didn't like much. There were only 3 meals in the whole week that I didn't enjoy. I particularly didn't like chia seeds. I have found Lisa's encouragement very supportive as I go through this change in my diet.
