I followed this diet in part. I struggled with using food within use by dates and adjusted accordingly but I loved the recipes I used, and I definitely ate better for having the right foods in the fridge. I also liked having a plan to look at to decide what to eat which is the hardest thing for me

the diet is hard . wierd as well there are long periods of not eating and such . i am mot against it though if it will work . i am not used to actovely cook every day so that is a big change ... we will see how it goes
