Lot more fish this week which I struggled to get into the diet. But still loved it - I just need to get better organised with my shopping list as my diet week starts midweek when I struggle to get shopping so first couple of days I have to go with whats in the fridge

I would highly recommend this diet. Very easy to follow with great support. I have not felt like I have been on a diet as have not felt hungry. Lovely recipes.
