    ya all diet in this week good i enjoyed it specially jacket potato and dal salad an also veg soup this diet make me feel good or light little i want changes in my diet so i told my coach thnxs

    struggled coocing all those meals, but that's just because of busy times at work. easy to follow, though. gave me good guidelines to follow. first week and 1 kg is gone :) uhu!
