Your personal nutritionist will take into account how many days a week and meals you eat a packed lunch, as well as how much time you have to prepare them, to create your menus and set up the right monitoring programme.

The plan includes a psychonutritional and activity study, creating, monitoring and adjusting the menus.

To start off, you will receive a questionnaire so the nutritionist can get a feel for your psychonutritional profile and activity levels. Then, the nutritionist will ring you to introduce themselves and explain the conclusions of the study personally.

Afterwards, your nutritionist will create weekly menus adapted to your needs and tastes. When you receive the menus, you can make any changes with your nutritionist or ask any questions you may have.

The best way to make sure the plan suits you is through ongoing follow-up: during this process, your personal nutritionist will ask you to tell them about your meals and add comments on the app so they can monitor and guide you through the plan. If you have any questions or need anything to be adapted, you can always contact your nutritionist by chat or phone.
