In this case, experts say that it is important to have five meals per day and not arriving at dinner time feeling hungry. By doing this, a lighter dinner will be enough to satiate you, so you will feel less heavy and you can easily go to sleep.

However, sleeping well is not the only thing that matters. To get a more radiant skin you must add antioxidants to your diet. How can you do it? Very simple: you must take three pieces of fruit daily and two servings of vegetables - preferably one for lunch and one for dinner.

In addition, you should also have in mind that virgin olive oil is a good, same way as nuts, legumes and blue fish. Of course, always taken in moderation.

On the other hand, you must not forget that to improve the condition of your skin - and also your hair - it is essential to take all the vitamins and minerals that our body needs.  You will achieve this with variety; the more different colors the better.

Add tomatoes, peppers, broccoli, kiwis, pomegranates, carrots, spinach, strawberries, pumpkins, etc. to your basket. All foods rich in vitamin A, D and E will be ideal for perfect skin. Also do not forget to keep your body hydrated!
