Paleo snacks

If you follow the paleo diet, snacks with packaging and with a long list of ingredients, are completely forbidden. But that doesn’t mean you can’t make your own paleo-healthy snacks.

Snacks of the paleo diet, -unlike common comercial snacks-  are healthy and made from whole foods.

There are a lot of healthy Paleo snacks to choose from and you can have them between meals whenever you feel hungry.

Here we give you some easy, nutrient-rich and super simple ideas:

  • Fresh Fruit, a quick and simple snack.

  • Vegetables: chopped, sliced, raw, easy to make and easier to carry.

  • Nuts: avoiding peanuts that are actually legumes, they are all great choices.

  • A sliced ??tomato with avocado and seeds.

  • Hard  boiled eggs, trying not to have more than 6 per week. Easy to cook and tasty as a snack.

  • Fruit Smoothies, blend the fruit that you like - adding crushed ice can be very refreshing

  • Sunflower seeds, or pumpkin seeds.

  • Chicken or turkey breasts, sautéed and chopped into strips.
