  • What was your diet and lifestyle like before Nootric?

Unbalanced, lots of skipped meals, take away 2 times a week and whatever fast meals I could make at home.

  • What made you decide to change and try out the Nootric app?

The doctor put me on medication that made me gain weight and with all my clothes fitting tighter and less energy, I knew I needed to change the way I ate and get fit.

  • How has your diet changed since you started with the nutritionist?

Healthy, nutritious meals that are quick to prepare and delicious giving me more energy and leaving me full for much longer.

  • Has adapting to the new diet been difficult?

No. It’s been easy, much easier than I expected and worth it.

  • How do you feel now?

More energetic, starting to lose weight and much better overall. No more sluggishness.

  • What new dishes have you introduced to your diet? What has been your favourite?

More fish and oats. Love the oats, don’t know why I had such a negative impression before. Loving the fish, all the different ways to eat it.

  • And what have you liked the least?

Sometimes the breakfasts take longer to prepare, I’d be happy with oats daily as I can take it to work and eat while I work. (Long commute means less prep time in the morning for meals.)

  • With Nootric, you can take photos, make comments and rate meals. Has this made you more aware of what you eat?

Not really, the meal tracker itself has made me a lot more aware.

  • What do you like most about Nootric?

Easy to follow, great meals and incredible support from the nutritionist.
