So it is important, that we eat a fulfilling and nutritious breakfast to feel good and give us energy. For this reason, we have put together some healthy breakfast ideas to give you a kickstart.

  • Oats with mixed berries: Mix some porridge oats with berries and milk for a slow release of sugar, oats keep you feeling fuller for longer and prevent early morning hunger pangs. A cup of oats provides us with B vitamins, to help our bodies turn food into energy and supplies us with a good amount of magnesium and iron. Iron will ensure that oxygen gets moved throughout your bloodstream. Berries are rich in antioxidants, great to combat oxidative stress and together with oats and even a drizzle of natural honey, makes a delicious nutrient rich meal to start out the day.

  • Integral muesli with red fruits and natural juice: as liked by many celebrities. A big bowl of muesli, topped with raspberries, blueberries and yogurt provides vitamins, minerals, protein and antioxidants. Muesli tastes yummy but with less sugar and calories than most other breakfast cereals.
