Here’s a quick overview of some of the key  what to keep in mind if you want to try it:

  • Get physically ready for the fast
  • Have 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
  • Keep busy having the products that are allowed
  • Do not starve yourself, if necessary introduce the changes gradually
  • Do not assume that limiting nighttime consumption allows you to exceed yourself during the day
  • Choose healthy foods and eliminate the ultra-processed foods that you may have at your disposal
  • Stay focused, but do not get obsessed with food
  • Stay busy
