With these 4 tips, eating out will no longer be the antithesis of eating healthy.
-Take advantage to try new things, even better if they are seasonal and local: fresh, seasonal fish at the beach bar or vegetables you don't normally eat.
-Choose foods that complement what you normally eat at home, with fish or vegetables prepared in tasty ways: don't eat enough vegetables? Try new vegetable dishes when eating out, discovering new ways to prepare them at home, new recipes, etc.
-At breakfast, avoid pastries and try fresh multi-grain bread, fruit juice and fresh fruit salad.
-Important: avoid alcohol and sugary drinks.
See, it's easy to eat out and not give in to excess. Now it's time to put these tips into practice.
