Eating a rich, healthy and balanced diet is one of our basic needs. If you are a novice to the world of recipes and gastronomy, don’t worry! Below are 4 simple recipes that are super healthy. Do you dare to try your hand at these?

  1. With the winter cold, a creamy soup always goes down well. Today we suggest you try zucchini soup. To make it, you only have to fry one clove of garlic, half a peeled onion and two chopped courgettes. Once golden brown, cover the vegetables with water and let them cook for 30 minutes. Final step: Mash everything and enjoy!

  2. Light pasta carbonara: Whether it’s spaghetti, pasta shells or macaroni, this dish is delicious. Cook the pasta (wholegrain) in boiling water with a dash of salt for 8 or 9 minutes. Meanwhile, start making the sauce. Sauté pancetta (chopped ham) and onions over low heat. After a few minutes, add milk and a spoonful of grated Parmesan cheese. Mix the pasta with the cream and eat!!

  3. Soft and tasty: Baked chicken. A simple and economical dish, you need only roast the chicken, so minimal work. Cut the chicken, clean it and add salt and pepper. Chop two cloves of garlic, and mix it with lemon juice. Pour the mixture over the chicken and pop everything on an oven tray, into the oven, for 90 minutes at medium heat. Yummy!

  4. Haddock or cod with parsley sauce: Fish is a must for your shopping cart. To prepare the sauce; chop a few peeled garlic cloves, fry them with warm olive oil and when golden add a spoonful of flour, until it forms a soft dough. Pour in a glass of milk to form a thick sauce and add a little salt and parsley. When this is done, add the fish and let it cook for a few minutes. Tasty and healthy! ;)
